go through glasgow on amtrak frequently. Glad they painted the outside of that bar on front (cowboy) street. Train passengers questioned what kind of a town would allow all that graffiti.

My father worked for the Great Northern Railroad in Glasgow; he retired from there in the l950s. My family road the Empire Builder and Western Star many times throughout the years. Being from a railroad family we always got free tickets!

I remember that staion very well, took the train to Minn. then flew home. Back then, the train was an hour faster than flying to Minn.
